NUTRITION

 

Food is our fuel.  We need to eat if we want to lose!  We are not going to learn to cut back, we are going to learn to eat more of the right stuff.  With the Fit Club you will learn to make the right choices... We are not going on diets; we are learning to evaluate our lifestyles!

 

Nutrition is not one size fits all.  Everyone's metabolism is different. As part of the Fit Club's nutrition component, so we will be using the Choose My Plate Super Tracker to help you track and assess your own nutritional intake and needs to develop a personal nutritional plan.  The Fit Club will provide guidance and helpful information throughout the course of the program! 

Nutrition is key to attaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  With the Fit Club you will set up and have access to your own nutritional tracking system, learn how to read food labels, and learn to make healthy choices whether you're cooking, stopping for fast food, or hanging out a barbeque.
